WHY WOULD YOU RUN THIS REPORT?:

  • To see all departmental sections and enrollment activity for a given semester.
  • Dean’s Offices run this to find sections and courses that need to be approved.


INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE REPORT:

  • Semester Specific (semester selected listed at the top of the report)
  • School Code
  • Department Number
  • Department Name
  • Course Number
  • Section Type
  • Section Number
  • Credits
  • Home or Ident
  • Course Title (truncated)
  • Days of the Week
  • Begin and End
  • Location
  • EMS (Yes or No for classes scheduled into pooled classrooms, EMS is the same as the EMS Assigned field)
  • Final Exam Code
  • Enrollment Limit
  • Project Enrollment (aka required seating)
  • Current Enrollment
  • Waitlist Number
  • Section Status
  • Instructor Print Name
  • Curriculum File Course Status
  • Semester Course Update Course Status


HOW TO RUN REPORT:

  • Select Semester
  • Select School
  • Select Department
  • Select Course
  • Select Section Status (explained below)


Section Status Definitions

  • New: only displays courses that have a status of “new”
  • Changed: only displays courses that have a status of “chg”
  • Reactivated: only displays courses that have a status of “rnw”
  • Deleted: only displays courses that have a status of “del” or “ddd”
  • All Except Deleted: only displays courses that have a status of “ok”, “new”, “chg” or “rnw”


CAN THIS REPORT BE SAVED ON MY COMPUTER?

  • Go to File>Save As>Choose format>Save to File (you can select where and how the report saves).
