SECTION REPORTS: ROOM REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED
WHY WOULD YOU RUN THIS REPORT?:
- To verify the room requirements entered on the section record for one course or all courses in a department.
- Helps administrators determine if they have entered the correct audio visual or seating needs.
- The report should be run after data entry has been finished for each semester, especially for sections requesting to be placed in pooled classrooms.
- For classes using pooled classrooms, correct room requirement requests are essential for matching sections to the best classrooms.
- Allows user to run the report to see all room requirements
- Allows user to run the report to see a single room requirement
- User can limit the report to display only those sections where pooled rooms have been requested

TO RUN REPORT:
- Select Semester
- Select School
- Select Department
- Select Course
- Checkbox for “Limit Report to Sections with a Single Room Requirement.” This allows one to look for one single room requirement (i.e. looking for all sections where a SmartBoard is required).
- Checkbox for “Display Only Sections with Auto Assign (S25) Flag Set to Yes.” Helps review room requirements for sections requesting to be placed in pooled classrooms.
- Checkbox for “Display Only Sections Assigned to Pooled Classrooms.” Helps review room requirements for sections already scheduled in pooled classrooms.
- Choose Course Levels
- Choose Section Status
